Returns & Exchanges
At Echo Island, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To make returns and exchanges quick and easy, we use a dedicated process designed for your convenience.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return or exchange request.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed: Free from perfume, make-up, or deodorant marks.

Original condition: All brand labels and swing tags must remain attached.

Altered items: Returns will not be accepted for items that have been washed or altered.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate your request, please email us at returns@echoisland.co.uk with your order number. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and your return shipping label.
Flexible Return Options
We offer flexible options to make the process simple and transparent:

Free Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order. We waive all handling and outbound shipping fees to help you find the perfect fit. (Subsequent exchanges on the same order will incur standard shipping charges).

Refunds (UK Returns): If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat £2.99 handling fee will apply. This covers the cost of your return shipping label and processing. This fee is deducted from your final refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. These returns are prioritised, and all fees are completely waived.
Fast Exchange Processing
Once your exchange request is approved and your return is tracked within the carrier network, we will process and ship your replacement item immediately (subject to stock availability).
Processing Time

Warehouse Inspection: Returns are processed within 7 working days of being received at our warehouse.

Refund Completion: Once approved, refunds may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
International Returns
We currently only provide prepaid labels for UK customers. For international returns, you will need to arrange your own tracked shipment. Please contact returns@echoisland.co.uk for the appropriate return address.
