Items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still
attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics or perfume, or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been
removed. All of our face coverings are non-returnable.
If we think that our returns policy is being abused, then we may deactivate your account. Don’t worry though, this is only for extreme cases, and if you think your account has been deactivated incorrectly then please get in touch below and our customer care team will be in touch
When your order's ready to leave our warehouse we'll email to let you know. Then you can Track your order for regular updates.
Only just ordered? You can check your order status and contact details in My Account.
Don’t forget that our couriers work ‘til 9pm (10pm for Evening Delivery) so your order could arrive in the evening. If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver don't panic! They'll leave a calling card with further instructions.
Please note - we cannot make any amendments to the items, quantities or sizes in your order. If you have ordered an incorrect items please place a new order for the correct items and return the incorrect item.
Change my delivery address- If you have made a mistake on your address of your item please contact our customer services. Please note as we may not be able to guarantee a change of address, as on occasions orders are packed within 5 minutes of receipt.
We will issue your refund as soon as your items are received back into our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 days after the item is received back in our warehouse to receive your refund. We'll send you an email once your refund has been processed.
Returns Checklist
If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. We have made the process simple and secure by providing a fully tracked Royal Mail return service. Important Notice Regarding Fees:Refunds: Use of our Royal Mail return service for a refund will incur a £2.99 handling fee. This covers the cost of the tracked shipping label and warehouse administration. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund total.Exchanges: If you are swapping for a different size or colour, this service is 100% FREE. We waive the handling fee for your first exchange to ensure you get the perfect fit.
