You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return or exchange request.

• Print at home or use a QR code at the Post Office
• Arrange a home collection if needed

Flexible Return Options

• Free Exchanges:
  We offer one free exchange per order, including shipping of the replacement item.
  (Additional exchanges may incur standard delivery charges.)
• Refunds (UK Returns):
  A flat £2.99 handling fee is deducted from your refund.
  This covers return postage and processing.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items:
  These are prioritised and completely free of charge.

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (no marks, perfume, or deodorant)
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Not altered or washed

Fast Exchange Processing

Once your return is in transit, we will process and dispatch your exchange (subject to stock availability).

Processing Time

• Returns processed within 7 working days of arrival
• Refunds take 3–5 working days after processing
